Warranty: all users who buy products from Baima online shopping mall are found to have quality problems in 1 years from purchased, Baima is responsible for repair free. After exceeding the warranty period, Baima provide cost price maintenance service.

Maintenance process:


First step: maintenance reservation
Customers call +86 592-2061730 service hotline or write email to sales representative to apply for after-sales service.

Second step: the confirmation
Baima technical engineer respond in 24 hours, analyze the cause of the failure and evaluate whether the product can be maintained remotely or need to be sent back to Baima for repair.

Third step: product return
Customers send products to Baima and start maintenance and upgrading process.

Fourth step: delivery again
Baima complete the repair within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, and send the goods back to the customer.
